Şirketimiz ortaklarından Cengiz OKULLU, çıkarılmış sermayemizde sahip olduğu 28.140.000 TL nominal değerli B Grubu payın borsada işlem gören niteliğe dönüştürülmesi ve satışı amacıyla düzenlemiş olduğu "Pay Satış Bilgi Form'unun" onaylanması talebiyle, 24.09.2025 tarihinde (bugün) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunduğu hususunu Şirketimize iletmiş bulunmaktadırlar. Şirketimize yapılan bildirime ilişkin yazı örneği ekte sunulmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company has been informed that one of our shareholders, Mr. Cengiz OKULLU, submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on September 24, 2025 (today), requesting the approval of the "Share Sales Information Form" prepared for the purpose of converting B Group shares with a nominal value of TRY 28,140,000, which he holds within the issued capital of our Company, into shares tradable on the stock exchange and their subsequent sale.

A copy of the notification submitted to our Company is attached.
