Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 9 October 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 13,559 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 710 and 717 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 October 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,111,377 Ordinary Shares (53.37%).

1. on 9 October 2012 that Thomas Lundqvist, Director of the Company purchased 1,800 Ordinary Shares at 720 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 October 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 80,110 Ordinary Shares (0.18%).
