ÅF – new international structure from Q4 2012

ÅF is to amalgamate its International North and International South Divisions into a single new division to be known simply as the International Division. President of the new division will be Roberto Gerosa, currently President of ÅF International South. Roberto joined ÅF in 2006 following the acquisition of the Swiss energy consulting company Colenco, where he had served as CEO.

The new International Division comprises some 1,200 people in 15 countries, engaged on numerous assignments in around 50 countries worldwide.

For financial accounting purposes the date on which the new organisational structure came into force has been set as 1 October 2012.
