INSTITUT IGH, d.d. Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714 (hereinafter: the Company) announces that a meeting of the Supervisory Board of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. was held on 23 September 2025. At this meeting, the Supervisory Board took note of and accepted the resignation of the members of the Management Board Marija Đuroković and Tatjana Bičanić. The Supervisory Board unanimously decided to appoint Mr. Bariša Pavičić and Mr. Gerhard Sattler Vukadinović as members of the Management Board of the Company. Their mandate begins on the date of appointment and lasts for four years.
