Announcement – Purchase of Own Shares [24.9.2025]

Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 17.09.2025 and 19.09.2025, it purchased 2,401,292 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.3839 per share and a total cost of € 8,121,997.20 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
