Energeia AS – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 24 September 2025:

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the “Company”), latest on 11 September 2025, regarding the fully underwritten rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights Issue").

The Company’s two largest shareholders, Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB and Eidsiva Vekst AS, have today each subscribed for shares in the Rights Issue. The subscriptions reflect a continued and long-term commitment to the Company’s strategy and development.

Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB has today subscribed for 146,666,667 shares in the Rights Issue, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 4.4 million. This amount equals the full guarantee commitment provided by Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB in connection with the Rights Issue.

Eidsiva Vekst AS has today subscribed for 100,000,000 shares in the Rights Issue, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 3.0 million. This amount equals the full guarantee commitment provided by Eidsiva Vekst AS in connection with the Rights Issue.
