Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs shareholders and investors that the Board of Directors' Report and the Simplified Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30.06.2025 – prepared in accordance with the legal provisions – will be available for consultation starting 26.09.2025, at 8:30 a.m., on the Company's website, at www.infinitycapital.ro/Investor Information - Periodic Reports and at the headquarters of Infinity Capital Investments S.A., located in Bucharest, District 1, 2 Daniel Danielopolu Street, 4th Floor, zip code 014134.

The consolidated half-year report is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (R), Law no. 74/2015, Law no. 243/2019, and the F.S.A. Regulations no. 5/2018, no. 10/2015, no. 7/2020, as well as F.S.A. Rule no. 39/2015.

Please note that the Simplified Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30.06.2025 are not audited by the Company's external financial auditor.
