Conversion of class A shares

During the month of December, at the request of shareholders, B&B TOOLS AB converted 1,780 class A shares to the corresponding number of class B shares in the Company.

Following conversion, the number of class A shares is 1,072,280 and the number of class B shares is 27,364,136. The number of shares and votes in B&B TOOLS AB is shown in the following table:
