As a result of adding the internal source consisting of "Positive Capital Adjustment Differences" in the amount of 413,500,000 TL recorded in our legal records to the capital, within the registered capital ceiling of 3,000,000,000 TL, 827, 000,000 TL paid-in capital of our Company, which is entirely covered by internal sources, is increased by 50%, amounting to 413, 500,000 TL to 1,240,500,000 TL, the new version of Article 8 of the Articles of Association titled "Capital and Shares," which was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), was registered by the Trade Registry Directorate on September 23, 2025, and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette on the same date.
