Kreate Group Plc will publish its financial reports in 2026 as follows:

• 6 February 2026: Financial Statement Release for financial period ending on 31 December 2025
• 27 April 2026: Interim Report for January–March 2026
• 14 July 2026: Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2026
• 26 October 2026: Interim Report for January–September 2026

Kreate observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing interim reports, half-year reports and financial statements. During the silent period company’s spokespersons do not comment on the company’s financial situation or general outlook, nor meet investors or analysts.

Kreate Group’s Financial Review for 2025 will be available in Finnish and English at https://kreategroup.fi/en/ during week 7, 2026.

Kreate Group’s Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for March 2026. Kreate Group’s Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting. Shareholders who wish to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit a written request, together with its grounds or draft resolution to the Board of Directors by 31 January 2026: Kreate Group Plc, Board of Directors, c/o Board Secretary, Äyritie 8 C, 01510 Vantaa or by email: yhtiokokous@kreate.fi.
