Resignation of independent non-executive director - Dr OM Kamal

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Tharisa Board of Directors ('the Board') hereby announces that Dr Omar Kamal has resigned as independent non-executive director and member of the Audit, Risk and Climate Change and Sustainability Committees with effect 30 September 2025.

Dr Kamal has been a valued member of the Tharisa board for 11 years, bringing significant expertise and insight to the Company's strategic direction.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Dr Kamal for his dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions to the Company, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
