Systemair acquires Holland Heating from Carrier

Systemair (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) announce its acquisition of Holland Heating, a leading air handling unit manufacturer in the Netherlands.

Founded in 1955, Holland Heating has a production facility and is headquartered in Waalwijk. The company has been owned by Carrier since 1997 and reported a turnover of EUR 32.5 million in 2012.
