Rederi AB TransAtlantic appoints Tomas Bergendahl as CFO

Effective July 15, 2013, Tomas Bergendahl is appointed CFO for Rederi AB TransAtlantic. Tomas Bergendahl currently holds the position as Senior Vice President and CFO – GKN Aerospace Engine Systems (formerly Volvo Aero Corporation, VAC) and has previously held various executive positions at Volvo Aero Corporation. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Luleå and a degree within Commerce from the University of Abertay, Dundee in the UK.

The interim CFO, Erik Hansen, will ensure a proper handover to Tomas Bergendahl.
