Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding the extraordinary general meeting resolving to carry out a reverse share split in the ratio 12:1 and a share capital increase of NOK 9.10 to facilitate the reverse share split.

Tigerstaden AS, a close associate of board member and primary insider Ketil Skorstad, has subscribed for 13 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1.26 per share.
