Biotage AB – changes in number of shares and votes

As previously announced, the shareholders resolved at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2013 to withdraw 3,394,375 shares, which had been repurchased under the company's repurchase program. Following withdrawal of these shares the number of outstanding shares and votes amounts to 69,861,330 as of 31 May 2013.
