Bankamızca yurt dışında yerleşik yatırımcılara satılmak üzere ABD Doları cinsinden Basel III uyumlu katkı sermayeye dâhil edilebilir borçlanma aracı (Tier 2) ihracına yönelik BofA Securities, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, Mashreq, Mizuho ve Standard Chartered Bank'tan oluşan bankalar grubu yetkilendirilmiştir.

Our Bank has mandated BofA Securities, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, Mashreq, Mizuho and Standard Chartered Bank with respect to the issuance of U.S. dollar-denominated Basel III compliant Tier 2 notes to be sold to investors outside Türkiye.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
