19.09.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda, SPK tarafından onaylandığını duyurduğumuz borçlanma aracı (tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu) ihracı kapsamında, SPK'nın ilgili onaya ilişkin 19.09.2025 tarihli yazısı şirketimize tebliğ edilmiş olup bu ihraç kapsamındaki SPK onaylı ihraç belgemiz ile imzalı başvuru formumuz ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our announcement dated September 19, 2025, regarding the debt instrument (bond and/or commercial paper) issuance, which we disclosed as having been approved by the CMB, the CMB's letter dated September 19, 2025 concerning the relevant approval has been notified to our Company. Accordingly, our CMB-approved issuance certificate under this issuance, together with the signed application form, is hereby submitted to the public as attached.

This Disclosure has been prepared in Turkish and English and in the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
