Key employees of Byggmax subscribe for warrants

Key employees of Byggmax have subscribed for 600,000 warrants as part of the recently resolved incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 15 resolved to implement an incentive program in Byggmax. In accordance with the proposal, a group of key employees, numbering 27, have the opportunity to purchase up to 828,000 warrants at market price.

Subscription for the warrants has now been completed and a total of 600,000 warrants were subscribed.
