The exercise of the warrants was carried out through a net exercise mechanism as stated in the immediate report dated 14.12.2022 (reference number 2022-01-119322) regarding a non-material and non-exceptional private offering and as stated in the amended immediate report dated 17.1.2023 (reference number 2023-01-007222) regarding a material private offering and the convening of a special general meeting of the company's shareholders.
