COMMUNICATION

REGISTRATION OF THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE OF GREENVOLT – ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A. IN THE AMOUNT OF €50,000,000.00

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the applicable legal provisions, and following the announcements published on July 31, 2025 and August 1, 2025, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. ("Greenvolt") hereby informs that, on this date, a cash contribution in the amount of €50,000,000.00 (fifty million euros) was made by the shareholder GVK Omega, SGPS, Unipessoal, Lda.

As a result of this contribution, the full payment of the new share capital and the corresponding amendment to Greenvolt's articles of association have been duly registered with the Commercial Registry Office.

Accordingly, Greenvolt's subscribed and paid-up share capital now amounts to €917,094,274.62 (nine hundred and seventeen million, ninety-four thousand, two hundred and seventy-four euros and sixty-two cents), represented by 205,348,791 ordinary, book-entry, registered shares with no nominal value.
