In our disclosure dated July 29, 2025, it was announced that our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) regarding the issuance of debt instruments (bonds and/or bills) in Turkish Lira, to be carried out domestically, in one or more tranches, without a public offering, and to be sold to qualified investors and/or through private placement, has been approved by the CMB at its meeting dated September 18, 2025, with an issuance ceiling of TL 2,500,000,000, and was published in its Bulletin No. 2025/49 of the same date. This Disclosure has been prepared in Turkish and English and in the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Turkish version shall prevail. Kindly submitted to the attention of the public.
