Announcement of the results of restricted tenders for network development

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that from among the offers of several industry players, within the framework of invited tenders for the modernization and unification of IP access and DWDM transmission backbone networks the members of the 4iG Group, D-Infrastruktúra Távközlési Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (hereinafter: D-Infra) announced ACE Network Zrt. and Nokia Solutions and Network Oy as the winning suppliers, and V-Hálózat Távközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (hereinafter: V-Hálózat) announced Nokia Solutions and Network Oy as the winning supplier.

Key considerations in the decision were the future-ready nature of the technology, international references, and the use of sustainable solutions. The aim of the project is to create a modern, energyefficient and secure network infrastructure that is capable of handling ever-increasing data traffic, supports the development of digital services, and ensures long-term sustainable operation.
