ELICA TREASURY SHARE BUYBACK INFORMATION
Fabriano, September 19, 2025 – Elica S.p.A, ("Elica" or the "Company") following the announcement on April 29, 2025 regarding the start of the share buyback program, in execuGon of the April 29, 2025 Shareholders' MeeGng resoluGon - informs that during the period September 1-12, 2025 it has purchased n. 18,908 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 1.51 per share, for a total amount of Euro 66,458. Below, on the basis of the informaGon provided by the intermediary appointed to carry out the purchases, the daily transacGon details of the purchase of Elica ordinary shares carried out on the Euronext STAR regulated market of the Italian Stock Exchange in the aforemenGoned period are reported:

As at September 12, 2025, following the purchases made and the result of the rights offering of the shares subject to withdrawal, Elica held a total of 4,484,219 treasury shares, equal to 7.082% of the share capital.
