EVISO'S GAS SEGMENT EXCEEDS 180 GWh UNDER MANAGEMENT IN SEPTEMBER 2025, GROWING +143% COMPARED TO SEPTEMBER 2024

THE GAS CHANNEL CONTINUES TO BE STRENGTHENED THANKS TO THE EXPANSION OF THE COMMERCIAL NETWORK AND CROSS SELLING TO CUSTOMERS ALREADY ACTIVE IN THE ENERGY SECTOR

Saluzzo (CN), 19 September 2025 – eVISO S.p.A. (symbol: EVISO) – COMMOD-TECH company, listed on the EGM, with a proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure that operatesin the raw materialssector (electricity, gas, apples) – communicates the data provided by the Integrated Information System (SII) – a public body that manages information flows relating to the electricity and gas markets – relating to the annual gas consumption volumes (direct channel and reseller) of the user base associated with eVISO in the month of September 2025 for the new 2025/2026 heating season.

In detail, the volumes combined with eVISO in the gas segment (direct and reseller channel) amounted to 182 GWh (17 million scm), of which 161 GWh related to the direct channel and 21 GWh to the reseller channel, marking an increase of 143% compared to the 75 GWh (7 million scm) recorded in September 2024. The result reflects the strategy implemented over the last year, aimed at stimulating significant growth in the gas segment by strengthening the commercial network and cross-selling to customers already active in the energy sector.

In addition, eVISO reports that the pipeline of contracts signed by resellers in the gas segment has reached an annual ceiling of 164 GWh (15.3 million scm), an increase of over 53% compared to the 107 GWh (10 million scm) communicated in June 2025. To date, 12 resellers have signed a contract with eVISO, of which 4 are new and 8 have renewed previous contracts, further consolidating market coverage in the gas segment.

With the release of the CORTEX GAS platform in March 2025, eVISO has simplified the upload and management of applications for any PDR for resellers, accelerating the flow of operations and improving efficiency. To operate more quickly, efficiently, and with greater quality, while fostering geographic expansion, the number of distributors managed by the platform increased in September 2025: 58 distributors(+21% compared to the 48 announced in June 2025), covering 88% of the national territory served by the gas network (compared to 85.4% in June 2025). At the logistics level, eVISO is now accredited to operate 839 REMI (Regulation and Measurement stations; +137% compared to June 2025), equal to 28% of the total number of stations suitable for distribution.
