Balder is expanding its portfolio in Copenhagen

Balder has signed an overall construction contract with Arkitektgruppen regarding a construction of 200 owner apartments in Ørestad Syd, Copenhagen.

The building will be adjacent to the Balder´s already existing portfolio in Ørestad. The lettable area will be approximately 18,000 square meters and the total project cost is approximately 400 million. The entire project will be completed before the end of 2015.

"Balders owns 75 apartments in Ørestad since two years. As the demand for apartments has been much higher than we have been able to offer, it feels great to be able to continue our development of apartments on Örestad´s most beautiful place, " says Balder's CEO Erik Selin
