Pursuant to the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated June 19, 2025, within the scope of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors, on September 17, 2025, a total of 1.900.000 BORLS shares were bought back at a price range of 25,30 TL per share (weighted average 25,30 TL) on the Borsa Istanbul. With this purchase, the Company now owns 18.213.912,496 shares of BORLS.
