The Company announces that it was notified on 17 December 2013 that Tom Thomson, Non-Executive Director of the Company sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1220 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 December 2013, from his SIPP.

Following this transaction, Mr Thomson's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 82,548 Ordinary Shares (0.19%).
