Amendment of Financial Calendar of Year 2025

In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with the articles 4.1.1 par. 2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and no. 25/15.04.2024 decision of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, as it is in effect today, the Company "THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A." (hereinafter "Company") announces that the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, which was released on April 24th 2025, is amended with the addition of the date of the announcement of the Half Year Financial Report. Specifically:

• Date of announcement – release of the Half Year Financial Report of the fiscal year 2025 (1.1.2025 – 30.06.2025): Friday, September 19 th ,2025 (Before the opening of Athens Exchange trading session).

The above Financial Report will be available at the same time on the Company's website www.thracegroup.gr as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange www.athexgroup.gr.

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates or/ and the context of the above calendar, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
