Change in reporting language to English

Lokotech Group AS has decided to change reporting language from Norwegian to English when publicly disclosing information subject to the duty of disclosure, pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Securities Trading Act or Euronext Growth's Continuous Obligations for Issuers. The company submitted a request to Euronext Growth Oslo asking for dispensation to change reporting language. Euronext Growth has approved the request.

Lokotech Group AS received dispensation from the Tax Administration yesterday with regards to the accounting act §3-4, third paragraph, to issue the annual report and annual accounts in english.

Lokotech Group AS will therefore publish and report annual and semi annual financial reports and other public notices only in English starting from 30th of september 2025.
