Hans Erik Robbestad, Board Member in Omda AS, has today acquired 700 shares in

Omda AS at an average price of NOK 48.70 per share. The shares were acquired

through Ipec AS, a company controlled by Mr. Robbestad. Following the

transaction, Mr. Robbestad controls 280,578 shares in Omda AS.
