Amendment of the Financial Calendar 2025

ELLΑKTOR S.A. (the "Company") informs the investing public, in accordance with Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and further to its announcement dated 23.04.2025 regarding the 2025 Financial Calendar, that the publication of the 2025 Half-Year Financial Report and the announcement commenting on the respective financial results will take place on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session, instead of the originally scheduled date of 18 September 2025.
