Dear Members,

Further to the company's announcement on the completion of the merger with ADAV, please note that:

1. The record day for the completion of the merger will be September 17, 2025.
1. On September 18, 2025, TASE Clearing House will credit its members with the proceeds from the merger, to enable their transfer to the accounts of the respective clients to whom ELDAV's shares are registered. Upon crediting the Clearing House members with the aforementioned proceeds, the Clearing House will deduct the number of shares for which payment was credited from the balances held by the relevant members.
1. The Company's shares (ISIN No. IL0010836588) will be delisted from TASE on September 21, 2025.
1. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended as of today, September 16, 2025.
