Subject: Notification of a Transaction Executed by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities – Regulated Information

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and Article 120 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, KONČAR - Electrical Industry Inc. for manufacturing and services, Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb, PIN: 45050126417 (hereinafter referred to as: the Company), hereby notifies that Josip Ninić the President of the Management Board of KONČAR – Electric Vehicles Inc. for manufacturing (a daughter company), has executed a transaction involving the purchase of the Company's ordinary shares under the stock exchange ticker KOEI-R-A. By exceeding the total value of acquisitions and disposals of EUR 20,000 within a single calendar year Josip Ninić by 12 September 2025, acquired a total of 49 shares on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, representing 0.0019% of the Company's share capital.

Following the aforementioned purchase, Josip Ninić holds a total of 109 shares of KONČAR – Electrical Industry Inc. for manufacturing and services, representing 0.0042% of the Company's share capital.

Data on the transaction that exceeded the threshold of 20,000 euros are provided, in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/523, in the Notification Template for transactions by person discharging managerial responsibilities and person closely associated with them, which is attached hereto and forms an integral part of this Notification.
