Director Declaration

Informa (LSE: INF.L) announces that John Rishton, serving Board Chair at Informa PLC, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees of Diageo PLC with effect from 1 November 2025.

It has previously been announced that John will stand down as Chair and retire from the Board of Serco Group plc on 31 December 2025.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under paragraph 6.4.9R (2) of the Listing Rules.
