Pricing of Secondary Public Offering in Permian Resources Corporation

Permian Resources Corporation ("Permian Resources") has announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 46,112,899 shares of its Class A common stock by certain stockholders of Permian Resources at a price of $13.53 per share.

REL participated in the offering alongside affiliates of Riverstone Investment Group LLC, amongst others.

Closing of the secondary public offering is expected tomorrow.

The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement previously filed by Permian Resources with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") that became automatically effective upon filing on November 8, 2023.
