Report Content Publication of preliminary results of the supplementary capacity marketauction for 2026

With reference to the current report no. 33/2025, the Management Boardof PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") notifies that PSE S.A.published preliminary results of the supplementary capacity marketauction for the delivery year 2026, including the clearing price of346.37 PLN/kW/year. Units from PGE Group have been awarded capacitycontracts with an aggregated capacity obligation of 2 559.359 MW.

Including contracts from previous main and additional auctions, PGEGroup contracted not less than 11 512.579 MW of capacity obligations for2026 delivery.

The above clearing price is not a final result of capacity marketauction. Final results are to be published by the President of EnergyRegulatory Office on its website (in the section Biuletyn InformacjiPublicznej) on the first business day following 21st day after the closeof capacity auction. Until then all capacity obligation contracts areconditional. PGE will update this current report only if the finalresults of capacity market turn out substantially different frompreliminary results.
