Change of Auditor

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc, which owns, operates and develops plantations in Indonesia and Malaysia, announces that, further to the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2025, the Board was unable to reach an agreement with Forvis Mazars LLP's ("Mazars") on its engagement terms as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

In light of the above, the Board has resolved to appoint MHA Audit Services LLP ("MHA") as the auditor of the Company for financial year ending 2025, succeeding Mazars.

MHA will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, and a proposal to reappoint them as auditor of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
