Eurotech: publication of documentation relating to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of October 15, 2025

Amaro (Udine), 15 September 2025 – Following the press release dated on September 11, Eurotech S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, as of today, the following documents are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (in the Investors / Shareholders' Meeting section), and on the authorized storage mechanism available at (i) the entire notice of call (also published in extract form in today's edition of the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi") of the Company's Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened, in a sole call, for October 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Amaro (UD), via Jacopo Linussio 1 – Industrial Zone, in the conference room "Centro Multimediale Sede Secondaria Amaro" of Friuli Innovazione, as well as (ii) the illustrative reports on all items on the agenda (including the information document pursuant to Article 84-bis of Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999 relating to amendments to the 2024-2026 Performance Shares Plan, also published in a version with evidence of the changes compared to the original information document). The forms for exercising proxy voting are also available in the same section of the Company's website.
