CELLULARLINE S.P.A.: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2025

Reggio Emilia, 12 September 2025 – Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or "Issuer") – listed on Euronext STAR Milan, the market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – announces that the Cellularline Group Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2025, drafted pursuant to art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998, approved by the company's Board on 10 September 2025, together with the attestation of the Manager responsible for preparing the financial information, as well as the Independent Auditors' Report, is now available to the public at the Corporate Registered Office, on the Company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com (in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A. at .
