FILING OF SIX-MONTH FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2025

Rome, September 12, 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that, as per art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of Consolidated Law on Finance, the consolidated six-month Financial Report as of June 30, 2025, approved on 11 September 2025 by Avio S.p.A. Board of Directors, together with the Report of the Independent Auditors, is available to the public at the registered office in Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors") and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Avio is a leading international group engaged in the construction and development of space launchers and solid, liquid and cryogenic propulsion systems.
