Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established and commenced operations in 1987 with the purpose of manufacturing, exporting, and conducting domestic trade of woven, knitted, textile, and ready-to-wear products. The company carries out its production activities at its facility located in the Torbalı Organized Industrial Zone in İzmir. Currently, the company designs, manufactures, and sells women's clothing collections for brands operating in the global ready-to-wear retail sector. As stated in Article 3 of its Articles of Association, the business scope of Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. includes: the manufacturing, exporting, and domestic trading of woven, knitted, textile, and ready-to-wear products; providing consultancy, supervision, and contracting services for the establishment and commissioning of industrial facilities and factories necessary for the production of these products; and the production, purchase, sale, import, export, and marketing of textiles, fabrics, ready-made clothing, gift items, leather clothing, and apparel products. The company is also authorized to open branches and stores, and to establish representations both domestically and abroad.
