Update of the 2025 Financial Calendar

Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Company"), following its announcement of March 14, 2025, informs the investors about the update of its Financial Calendar for the year 2025. The update pertains to the cut off date, the record date and the payment date of the proposed 2025 interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 to the Company's Shareholders.

The updated Financial Calendar for the year 2025 is presented below:

(*) The new dates included in the calendar relating to distribution of the proposed interim dividends are subject to the relevant approvals.

Τhe financial results of each period will be announced before the start of trading of the Athens Exchange on the Company's website (https://www.alpha.gr/en/Group/investorrelations/announcements) and on the website of the Athens Exchange (https://www.athexgroup.gr/en) and the briefing of institutional investors and analysts via teleconference will take place on the same day.
