The Nomination Committee ahead of Net Insight's AGM 2026
The Nomination Committee ahead of Net Insight AB's Annual General Meeting 2026 has been appointed.
In accordance with the principles for the Nomination Committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting 2023, the Nomination Committee consists of three members appointed by three of the company's largest shareholders by voting power, based on the ownership structure as of August 29, 2025, together with the Chair of the Board.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
- Stina Barchan, appointed by Briban Invest AB
- Jeffrey Meyers, appointed by Cobia Capital Management LP
- Jesper Bergström, appointed by Handelsbanken Funds
- Anna Söderblom, Chair of the Board
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so via e-mail to [email protected] or by post to Nomination Committee, Net Insight AB, Box 1200, SE-171 23 Solna, Sweden, no later than February 2, 2026.
