The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Dealing' announcement released on 10 September 2025 at 17:05 under RNS No 8471Y.

The second paragraph incorrectly stated Mr. Pailing had made a sale of shares when it should have stated a purchase of shares.

The Board of Naked Wines announces that Jack Pailing, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has purchased 58,810 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the purchase of shares, Mr. Pailing's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him is 798,464 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
