INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES    

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on 20 August 2025 ("The Programme"), the following purchases were made:   

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - LSE    

Investec Limited (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.    

Date of purchase:                                                                       3 September 2025 - 9 September 2025

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     860,871

Lowest price paid per share                                                       GBP5.3200

Highest price paid per share                                                      GBP5.7550

Average price paid per share                                                     GBP5.5219

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.    

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 3,014,886 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of GBP16,590,860.

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE    

Investec Limited (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     1,237,210

Lowest price paid per share                                                       R125.9600

Highest price paid per share                                                      R137.9100

Average price paid per share                                                     R131.2998

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.    

Since 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 3,010,405 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R395,761,886.      

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE    

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec Limited's ordinary shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued shares in the share capital of Investec Limited.    

Since 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 1,933,645 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R255,196,710.
