Cooks Coffee Company (NZX: CCC; AQUIS: COOK), the international coffee-focused café chain, that operates Esquires, the Organic Coffee Company in UK & Ireland, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 starting at 2:00pm (New Zealand time) at MUFG Corporate Markets Offices, PwC Tower, Level 30, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland. Shareholder registration opens at 1:30pm.
