UPDATING THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

"Alpha Trust - Andromeda Investment Trust S.A." announces the updated Financial Calendar for the year 2025 regarding the distribution of an extraordinary dividend, amounting to €926,088.75, with a reinvestment right, i.e. €0.25 per share, pursuant to the resolution of the Company's Board of Directors dated 09.09.2025.

Specifically,

Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, October 14th, 2025
Record date: Wednesday October 15th, 2025
Payment date: Friday, November 07th , 2025

The dividend payment will be carried out through Piraeus Bank.

It is noted that, the final amount per share will be adjusted by the treasury shares held by the Company, which are not entitled to dividends, on the dividend ex-date.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, via an amendment of the present announcement.
