Jersey Electricity Plc announces that the Board and Lynne Fulton, Chief Financial Officer, have agreed that Lynne will step down from the Board with immediate effect and leave the Company at the end of February 2026, following a transition period.

Lynne has played an important role in the Company's development over recent years that have laid a solid foundation for the Company's future strategy and its contribution to the Island's Zero Carbon goals.

The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Lynne for her dedication and her important contribution to the Company. A process to appoint her successor has commenced, and shareholders will be updated in due course.
