Announcement of Regulated Information of law 3556/2007 Reply to a query by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission regarding the Framework Agreement with INTRAKAT S.A. (renamed to Aktor Group of Companies) for the sale of a real estate portfolio

Athens, 10 September 2025

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") in reply to a relevant query by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following its announcements dated 29.10.2024 and 14.08.2025 regarding the entry into a binding Framework Agreement with "INTRAKAT TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS S.A.", renamed to Aktor Group of Companies, by virtue of which, if the transaction were completed, the Company would sell a real estate portfolio of a total value of €579.4 (the "Transaction"), which was subject to ordinary conditions precedent for this type of transactions, hereby informs the investing public that, notwithstanding the intense efforts of all parties involved, the completion of the Transaction could not be achieved and, as a result, the Transaction is aborted and the relevant provisions of the Framework Agreement will be implemented by the parties.

According to the Management of the Company, this development will not affect its investment plan, as already announced.
