The board of Mulberry (the "Board") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 10 September 2025, all resolutions proposed to Mulberry shareholders were duly passed. The Board notes that resolution 8 in the notice of AGM was withdrawn and not proposed.
